I don’t even really want to use one but the sun beats on my window for literally 10 hours straight every day from May until September.
The heat doesn’t bother me at all. My downstairs feels cold with no ac and I can sit in the shade on an 80 degree day and feel cold
But as soon as I install my air conditioner it all changes. The second i turn it on everything feels hot. As soon as I turn my ac off I feel hot my downstairs feels hot outside feels hot again and I get addicted to the ac and cant stop.
How do I stop this? Honestly just sitting downstairs during the day and putting a fan in the window at night is enough but I can’t just sit downstairs 24/7 it’s boring.
It’s so weird the second I turn my ac on and the air hits me instantly everything feels hot. Without that all I need is a fan in my window at night and I only feel hot in my room from like 4 pm until 9 pm and then any other time I’m fine. Before my ac is in just the breeze outside is enough to feel warm but my room gets to like 92 degrees cause of the sun so I can’t just not have one.
