I am a 31 year old and am the only child of my parents. I also have a grandmother and aunt (mom's mother and mom's sister).
My parents, grandmother, and aunt all have significant assets. They all said that I will be inheriting everything eventually as they don't have anyone else to pass down their assets.
My thought is that whatever they do decide to give to me is just bonus and I should create my own success and not be depending on what they give me like a "trust fund baby".
Is anyone else in the same situation as I am?
