Woke up to an unexpected direct deposit with this description, just trying to figure out what it might be for:
VIC Term NoBen NonEB
A year ago I was laid off from a very big company due to downsizing. I moved on quickly enough but thought my journey with them was done.
I sent the HR Dept an email asking to remind me what the paycheck was for, but since it's Saturday and I likely won't hear back for a few days, thought maybe one of you could guess what the description might mean.
Payment was about 70% of one of my monthly paychecks. Anticipating it being a mistake and having to give it back, but hoping maybe I forgot about something and when they closed their annual books they sent it my way.
