Looking for general tips to help for the future. Currently 26 years old making 98,000. I have 14,000 in my bank account, 15,000 in stocks, and 22,000 in an investment type account. I max out my Roth IRA, sitting at 30,000ish and my 401k is around 40,000. I contribute 8% to my 401k and employer contributes 2.5%. I live in a relatively HCOL area with my rent, including utilities, at 1500. No car payment or any other debt. Average credit card payment per month is $550
