I finally broke down and bought a cute little round egg mold instead of using the silicone cupcake liners I already had that never came clean, OR the waxed paper liners I've used and tried to save instead of throwing out, and then carefully protecting them until they accidentally fell on the floor, OR just pouring my fat bombs (I'm keto) onto a tray and freezing it flat, which was messy, etc, etc.
I finally just bought a mold. It fits in my instant pot and I can use it for fat bombs, too. I've used it twice today already. It was 7.99. I think I've spent way more on "cheaper" attempts. AND it encourages me to actually make food ahead of time because now it's "cute". And so easy to use and clean. Sigh.
