I'm doing zero waste and practicing frugality at the same time. I've recently started reusing Baking paper. Anybody else do this to save money? Wondering if anybody else has come across mold issues and the whatnot.
Because I'm going zero waste I'm using a compostable type of paper which makes it $9 a box so it's expensive, hence using it, wiping it dry, putting it in a zip lock log bag to use again within a few days.
