I had an issue with my local residential ISP (I won't get into details, but you can read about it in my history if you're interested) and ended up dropping them entirely and moved to using my Mobile Phone system as a Tether device as my ISP for my place using an unlimited plan. I'm now saving $200 plus each month. I am getting the same amount of service via mobile (which is part of the reason I made the switch BTW). I don't know about you, but $200 can make or break a month's budget. You should look into it to see if it helps you as well.
