So my roommate came up with idea of creating a pallet headboard. He scoped out a place near the industrial/warehouse heavy part of the city.Pallets looked very clean and he started to work on them. He sanded them down, then took slats from one and covered the holes for the other pallet. See picture.After he sanded, he then applied varnish. It’s been several days but the smell is still very strong from either the varnish or the wood.
