Ordered a gpu 12/10/19 and had next day guaranteed until the carrier showed up later on after the order being OnTrac. OnTrac has never worked for me. My items were always lost or stolen by them. Therefore, I avoid merchants that use them since I am highly concerned about my products if they are shipped by OnTrac. But I was not aware BB used them and now I am stuck. I have spoken to BB chat agents a few times, they told me to wait since the delivery date keeps updating(postponing). Each time the agent assured me if my item did not arrive by the delivery date they would refund or reship for me. The went on two days until today. And the item still did not arrive today making it the third day overdue so I called BB and they are unable to provide me a refund or reship. They told me to wait until 12/16/19 since it is the new delivery date. At this point, I am pretty much sure my item is stolen given past experiences with OnTrac. BB said they can't provide a refund or reship until the estimated delivery date over three times now. I escalated the call to a supervisor and she said she would process the refund request to high up and call me back 24-48 hours. My concern right is if that if they don't process anything for me and the package still does not get here on 12/16/19, what should I do? Contacting OnTrac every time and they never reply to me.
