My old man needed a cellphone for safety. He's a stubborn man who doesn't surf or use cellphones, so a flip would do just fine.
I ended up going online to BestBuy and bought him the AT&T flip (Alcatel) for $2 bucks with free shipping. I then went on ebay and bought a Tracphone plane for 1200 minutes and 1 year. for 39.99 Both came the same day. I popped out the AT&T sim and put the Tracphone sim in and activated it. I think $42.00 bucks for a whole year is pretty good.
