Post is actually for a friend. They are self employed and mainly do contract work for a couple of businesses. The nature and amount of work they will do in the next year will be the same; however, after they enter that their income will not be changing in 2020 from 2019 the website inquires about why the expect their income to be higher in 2020. They are worried that if they go forward with completing the application that they will lose their current coverage because the application cannot seem to understand that their income level will not be going up.
Obviously the deadline is in two days and it is a weekend, so they are very stressed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
