This sounds dumb?? But here I am. A complete noob.
Basically, I’m spending 77% of my income. I make roughly 850 a month and my monthly bills total 600. I pay a car payment of 320 a month. I’m thinking about refinancing but I have zero idea what that would look like and whether or not I’d be scammed. Other than the car I pay for two credit cards ~70 dollars and am currently paying off a laptop which is ~130.
I’m not too sure what my point of posting here is. Maybe to share my panic? Maybe for advice? Maybe to be ridiculed for being so bad at managing my money?

Edit: I make 418 biweekly. 830 monthly. Occasionally I’ll work over time and make slightly more. I am a 22 year old college student. Not sure what other relevant info I need, please let me know!
