Hello. I have been homeless for a while now. Due to depression and other issues, most of my teeth are broken at the gumline. I have a part time job, but have been unable to get anything more. I believe my teeth issues are a major barrier to me having successful interviews. I have the proper attire and the interview appears to go very well and then I don't get call backs.
The problem is I will need oral surgery to remove my remaining and broken teeth, before I can get dentures. Medicaid covers one set of dentures but not the surgery.
Does anyone know of any organizations that help with free dental care or surgery? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
