So, I had made a credit card dispute with a cruise line (which now has made me forever hate cruises) because they had refused to issue me a refund for an item I attempted to return less than 24 hours since of purchase even I had the original receipt which had no return policy returned onto it nor was there a return policy openly displayed onto the store nor was it voiced to me nor was it in any of the paperwork. Long story short, it was a battle to get a return address and return form from the cruise line and that's why I had contacted the credit card company to give that extra push to get that info, and I managed to return the item, and the credit card company sent me paper mail stating that the dispute was resolved and credited the amount onto my credit card.
However, the cruise line recently completed the return almost a month later when the dispute was resolved, and so essentially I have double the amount that was credited back onto my credit card, and my concern is will my credit card eventually notice and take back their credit or do I need to personally notify my credit card company in order to avoid possible fraud?
