I am moving out and finally becoming independent(Hurray!). So here's what I have in the store and I was wondering if anyone can provide me with insights.
I am finding a place around my work since I will be working as the medical staff.
Apartment #1 - Studio + 1 Bath = 445 Sq Ft : $725
- Utilities included - Water, Trash Removal, Sewer
- Walking distance to my work.
- In a safe neighborhood.
Apartment #2 - 1 bed + 1 Bath = 500 Sq Ft : $700 - $900(Gonna see if the 12month discount applies)
- Utilities - Everything(no caps) + internet(pretty high speed) for 60$ a month
- Has a room dedicated for picking up mail and package
- Free parking(uncovered)
Apartment #3 - 1 bed + 1 Bath = 675 Sq Ft : $ $775.00 vs Studio = 475 Sq Ft : $ $700.00
- Utilities - I pay for Cable, Electricity, Gas and Internet
- Has a room dedicated for picking up mail and package
- Parking(covered)- $65
Last Option - Craiglist - Way cheaper
- But is it worth it?
What are some tips and insights can you guys spare me?
