Noticed when flushing toilet that water was leaking from handle, taking off top I could see that when flushed the water has begun to spray very strongly up vertically, which (when the lid is on) causes the water to run out the handle.Photo:When flushed, water is spraying up vertically - causing the water to hit the lid and run out the handleWhat is the easiest but surest way to fix this?
