Me and my wife have a joint PNC account... she has debt with Capita One(she has consolidated her debt for almost a year now). Today, I checked our account and it’s $0. I called PNC and they mentioned something about a because she is being sued by Capital One that’s why they took all the money.. can anyone help please.
