Hi there.
I received a letter today from an attorney's office stating they are going to move to legal action to collect a debt I owe (legitimate debt).
I am currently a student who is unemployed and is attending school full time to get my BS. My main source of income is financial aid that the school pays out, as it pays for everything I need.
How do I go about navigating this? This debt is about 2 years old and I have no means to come up with a lump sum to pay it at the moment.
