The bank issued me a recycled debit card number and paypal wont let me add the card to my account because its on another account, the old card expired in 2018 but i was given my "new debit card" in august, how are they aging #'s if it has not even been 2 years? What should I do aside from asking for another new debit card from the bank. It seems like a huge oversight and a big problem to me at least.
