Currently have around $300k in my retirement funds invested 100% in the stock market.
Have one year of expenses in an emergency fund. No debt.
Have another ~$200k I’m looking to invest in the next few months.
Currently considering some combination of lending club, Fundrise, equitymultiple, and/or bond funds. Live in rural area and currently an apartment rented out and an investment property I’m rehabbing to sell or rent and really don’t want another. What would you do?
