My wife and I bought a nectar mattress in March 2019 and specifically chose it because of the 365 day "trial" where you can return it for a full refund, as per their website. My wife has contacted support multiple times in the last two weeks and after much runaround, they finally offered all our money back save for $175 and we keep the mattress. We told them we wanted a full refund as per their website and they have dodged us ever since. They had my wife on hold for 30+ minutes yesterday and then just blatantly hung up on her. I bought the mattress on our Amex card and I believe we can protest the charge, but Amex's website can only let us go back 6 statements, which is just outside of when the charge hit our card. I wasn't sure if I called them that would be any different.
Any advice you can offer would be appreciated.
