I am trying to drill a hole in the floor to come up in the wall cavity with the intention of running cable from below for internet.I have an unfinished basement, and can locate the wall underneath. I do that by placing a radio up against wall where I want the cable to be located, and following the sound from below. That gets me in the rough area. But how do I locate where to drill through the floor so the hole comes up the wall cavity, and not in the wall itself - or worse in the room? via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2Y16ndf
