I don’t like spending my money. The idea of dropping $100-200 on sunglasses to me has always been somewhat absurd. Lately though, I’ve been realizing it’s costly to buy a new pair of sunglasses every other month because the cheap ones I buy keep breaking. Now I’m pretty careful with my belongings... I don’t go throwing them around everywhere or doing things to break them. I just mean the screws comes loose and fall out then become impossible to find, or the nose pads fall off and get lost. The costs are accumulating.
I wear sunglasses all the time through any season. I like to wear clubmaster or round styled sunglasses so finding a good pair has been quite the hunt for me. I was going to buy a pair of RayBans from Costco which were around $115 CDN but they sold out when I went in a couple days later. I’m in dire need of a new pair and unsure of the long term reliability of RayBans sunglasses.
Is it worth it to get a pair of RayBans? Or should I stick to buying cheap sunglasses?
