You know the show Nailed It? Basically, the contestants bake cakes according to a theme or design specified by the judges, and the one that tastes the best and looks closest to the judges' expectations (or the most humorous one) wins. I planned to have our own "Nailed It!" with my mom and dad, and we each made cakes in the shape of their dog. It cost less than $20 in materials and was a lot of fun, and of course my dad won, so we presented him with a chef's hat from the dollar store as a prize. Just wanted to share my idea and show that you don't have to spend a lot of money to have a fun father's day!
