Hey guys,
I wasn't sure where else to ask this, and I know this chair is talked about here, so that's why I'm making this post.
I got an open box fully loaded Steelcase Leap (V1 I think) from Ebay and I love the chair, but the one issue I have is that the lumbar support is too soft even at maximum tightness. I can feel my low back sometimes pushing into and I'm disappointed because isn't this the most important ergonomic aspect? I want it to be rock solid, so is there a way to tweak it or buy something additional?
