Yesterday on a whim I read the thread about monthly subscriptions and realized how many little things where siphoning money from my account! I made a list and was horrified by how many free trials/things I binged on and stopped using I was still paying for, it's embarrassing but here's the list.
I ended up cancelling monthly: YouTube Canvas Kindle Unlimited Adobe Illustrated CBS Vid Angel
Yearly: Photo bucket And a wellness app I didn't even realize I had a subscription to!
I kept: Amazon Hulu Netflix Instacart SoundCloud Kitty Poo Club Spotify Climbing Gym Movement Studio (my friend owns this studio and is doing awesome stuff for the community and I want to continue supporting them)
I also got a design program that was over my head and wrote the company for a refund so that's $200 back in my pocket.
I have credit card debt and want money to work on my house but I am totally guilty of spending money when stressed, it's added up.
This is a big eye opener, so thank you r/personalfinace so waking me back up!
