I got this old 2HP 4gal Harbor Freight Air Compressor for $10 last year. Brought it home, tried troubleshooting it, determined it was the capacitors that had died.Is there any way of getting a 120v air compressor motor to run without capacitors?If not, I'll probably just keep the fittings off of it for other projects, recycle/scrap the tank, and take the motor to a local Habitat for Humanity store with "needs new capacitors" written on it. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2DH0K7V
