In a recent thread, a user asked if we mods could add some assistance-related subreddits to our sidebar for users in need of such, so I threw together a wiki page of subreddits that might be useful to redditors in need.
I figured that a list of subreddits with a description of the sub and what to expect rules-wise might be more useful to someone in immediate need, as opposed to just a link to the sub.
