Is there a comprehensive list somewhere that highlights how much of the organisations equity is listed on exchange and how much is not public. Ideally looking for FTSE and US indices.
Am I right in thinking the Market Cap is calculated on total issued shares (in public) or full number of shares including those not issued by the organisation or founders?
