Please see link for pictures.I purchased a fireplace backing and surround from B&Q and have now come round to installing them. The instructions say to secure the mantel with the backing behind and then pull it forward but we have been unsuccessful in being able to get the 3 plates flush to the front.I have searched online and have not being able to find the answer so here I am.Any advice or help is appreciated!pictures via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2E6nUF4
