I need to cut these screws flush in order to install a dishwasher. The last homeowner drilled through the counter top to attach a piece of board underneath before they tiled over it. Most recommendations say bolt cutters or hack saw and finishing with a file. Unfortunately I have limited hand and arm strength. Seems like a perfect excuse to buy an oscillating tool, but it's either the dishwasher or the tool, unless this is a case where harbor freight is acceptable? Is that my best bet? What I already own is a powered handsaw with a metal blade but it says it's for thin gauge metal only, and I have to admit I'm not very comfortable using it. I also have a dremel but I'm not sure how I can cut these even near flush with a typical cut off wheel. I've mainly used my dremel for crafting and cutting spring steel boning for sewing. via /r/DIY http://bit.ly/2W3wxLD
