My local bagel shop sells their day-old bagels, that are about to become 2-day old bagels, at an incredible bargain, 6 for $1.00 (buy them close to closing). I usually stock up if they have flavors I like. When I get them home, I cut them in half and store them in the freezer in a ziplock bag. When I’m in the mood for one, I pull a half or two out and toast them. They taste delicious and oh so cheap! Way better than the store bought ones!
