I'm 21, and I have been working in IT for 18 months. I have a good foundation built, not advanced in any sector by any means though. I'm not in school, my weekday 9-5 has me searching for something else, not sure what. It's just so boring at times, we have been so slow lately. I often spend most of the day just reading articles about news/tech/etc.
My weekends are kind of boring as well, honestly I don't have many friends. I play soccer Sunday evenings with some friends and occasionally go out. I often find myself wasting time, and I look for other things. I like going 100mph, and don't like being idle.
I've been looking in Craigslist for work. It would have to be something out of the ordinary though. Not trying to work a mandatory shift at a theater, gym, etc. I'm particularly interested in a trade/IT/even moving furniture/shipping/etc. Craigslist and other options just show no hope. Not sure what to do.
