Looking for some advise.

Background; Self employed via my own UK Limited Company. Using a accountant service at £120 per month

Our mortgage lender has asked for a projection letter from our accountant, outlining the forecast for the next 12 months business income.

Our accountant has flat out refused to provide this as its not "company policy". I've read their terms and conditions extensively and there is no where they specify that they don't provide this information.

The lender is refusing to progress the application without this so it looks like we may lose out on the house. They are happy at accept the letter with a disclaimer attached but my accountant is still refusing to budge.

Anyone got any thoughts on this and how I could resolve?
