I'm sure this topic has been covered before but - is Solovair a good replacement for Dr. Martens?
I love the style of Dr. Martens and when I get a pair, I wear them daily, but they don't last. The town I live in is hilly so I need tough boots, and Docs just don't cut it. The traction at the bottom completely rubs off after about a year, the color/print fades off and they even get holes in them.
After reading posts here, I want to invest in a pair of Solovairs instead. Does anyone have an idea of how long one pair lasts?
I wanted to get the 8 Eye Derby Boot.
