Hello Reddit.
I was diagnosed with Bipolar Depression last year. My doctor told me that there were times that I am really so depressed that even getting to for work so hard task to do and your general feeling is sad wherever you are and whatever you do then followed by so hype feelings that you can do almost anything.
So I was very depressed last 2 months ago until I found out this simple living/Minimalism Lifestyle and I'm very interested in actually practicing these lifestyle. I started to decluter my stuffs and I bought 11 shirts with same color and really simplify my wardrobe. That I have a LOT of space in my Cabinet! It was really good feeling for me that I have eliminated so many clothes that I actually don't wear that much. Plus I always stuck every morning what should I wear.
My plan is to donate most of them and give it to everyone who My might like it.
Then I saw a video on YouTube about Bipolar Depression that one behavior of it is feeling like he can do anything and usually do shopping spree. Which hit me because maybe I was just in that phase and not really into the Lifestyle at all.
In my defense though, I bought new pair of clothes because most of them are bright colored and used for more than 3 years now. So I justify myself that maybe i should need it afterall.
What's your opinion guys? Do you have the same situation as me?
Thank you for the time reading my post and Sorry for bad English. This is not my native language and I tried my best to be understood :)
