I went back to school at age 38 with quite a bit of experience in my field. I took a two-year diploma in my field so that I can earn more money. Most of my colleagues at school are in their early twenties, some in their mid to late twentys. Well, school has paid off and I landed a job $20,000 more than any of my previous jobs. The problem is that all my friends at school are looking for work and we are all talking about the different salaries offered at different companies. They are all contemplating jobs that are much lower paying than the one I've landed. I don't want to make them feel bad but I don't want to hide what I've been offered. What is a good strategy here?
