So this is the first time I'm signing up with an online only bank.
I see sites like these giving it stellar reviews:

However, I went to their Facebook page and it's full of people complaining about some Youtube fiasco they had. They keep telling them to "pay the creators" of some Youtube channel. I honestly couldn't give two shits about this and I'm just looking to see if they provide a good banking experience for customers. I also saw a lot of comments on people saying they hate them and that their customer service is horrible, however, I'm wondering if this is just people trying to sully their name due to the Youtube thing. Anywho, does anyone have any experience with them? specifically with opening a savings account?
