So I recently have found the answer to my prayers when it comes to probiotics. I have had digestive issues all of my life. I have spent quite a bit of money on junk that promises to help my gut, and I always give up because I can't and won't spend that kind of money on probiotics. Which can add up to 20-60 dollars a month depending on what you are buying.

I've recently been eating and craving sauerkraut and have been putting it on hot dogs, pork chops, chicken and just plain eating it out of the fridge. I recently found a line of sauerkraut in my deli section that has all different flavors and my favorite being a curry flavor. While I had already known sauerkraut was healthy, I didn't know all the facts. So, I looked up the benefits of eating it every day. I was blown away, I have been feeling great and I am going to continue eating it every day even if it's just a forkful. I will include a link in the comments.

Sauerkraut is so inexpensive a large jar could last you a whole month. Not to mention, you can make it so easily with just a head of cabbage, some salt, and some jars.
