How do you deal with a full breaker panel when you want to run additional circuits to new outlets outside and in proposed shed?

Of course I'm probably not going to do this as a DIY product, but I'm doing the planning for cost, etc. I'm going to be building a Man Cave on my lot and would like to run 220 and 110 to it. Then as I started thinking about it, I thought how nice it would be to have outlooks strategically placed through the yard. Christmas lights, electric tools, chicken shed, etc.Basically, I'd need 5 - 8 new outlets, but my breaker box is full.What does an electrician do then?
