So, my employer is finally looking into health care for us. He has 3 employees. The issue is we all have our own insurance and even with him paying half we would all end up paying more. We all agree that an HSa contribution would be best for us. He is worried of the tax implications. Can someone explain how it would affect him? We are in Minnesota if that matters.
