Hello,

I started meditation approximately 6 months ago and doing regularly 45-60 minutes every night before go to bed. Now, I feel that my thinking ability have becomes week and I am not able to focus on anything. Meditation didn't improve my inner peace or calm me in any manner. Looks like it's working in the reverse manner for me. Has anyone experienced the same or its just me.
