Im very new to stocks, investing, etc but I have about $1000 that I want to invest in dividend paying stocks. I started looking into REITs so right now I have that 1000 spread out across 5 different REIT stocks. However, I was wondering if investing in an ETF (I was mainly looking at VNQ) would be a better option. Thought? Thanks!
