Hi All,
My husband and I are renting out our remodeled basement, which is huge and has a full bathroom and separate entry/exit, but no kitchen. I've read on other threads that it's absolutely possible to live in an apartment with no kitchen by utilizing electric stoves, hot plates, etc. What do you all think is a fair rental price for this living situation? And if you've ever had a similar experience, what are your thoughts? Thanks!
