https://imgur.com/a/7ka6xdeAfter getting a bit of confidence from sprucing up the garage awhile back, the wife decided I was now qualified to attempt the main floor half-bath (aka powder room). This was the first (and so far only) DIY that I've attempted in an actual living space. It all started with a pull-chain breaking inside the toilet. Rather than fix it for 50 cents, I ripped out the toilet and went for broke.Total cost including flooring, fixtures, tools and materials was $2900. ($1000 of that went into the vanity, which also had the sink and counter-top integrated into it.)https://ift.tt/2IJUSzV for reading! via /r/DIY https://ift.tt/2GZZZcn
