I am pretty broke right now and hadnt had insurance for months. rear ended someone at the light and It's like 4k worth of damages... Told the other party i would get insurance today and and claim insurance on the accident as it would happen tomorrow. i know this is fraud but Is this technically possible? What is the investigation process like?
