Sorry if this is the wrong place and if it is please tell me the best sub to go to. I used PayPal Credit which offered an interest free product. I had the damn money, but wanted to build my credit rating. They offered easy online payments, which is great because My work is long hours almost every day and I live quite far away - I can do anything from 8am when I leave til around 10pm when I get home.
Problem is their website wouldn’t work to take the payments. Like it defaulted to loading a completely blank white screen when I tried to add my card to make a payment. So I couldn’t set up the payments.
I kept trying and, regrettably, left it three months payments before actually booking a day off work and calling their tech support. There was some error on my account which is why it wasn’t working. I hate everything. My credit score is shit now and I don’t feel like it was really my fault, surely they didn’t provide the repayment service they’ve advertised or something. Is there anything I can do?
