I owe $7,000 on a car that I bought for $14,000. I took in for an oil change and to look at a rough idle. They gave me a quote for $11,000 to fix it. Details in post.

They found metal in my oil and they are essentially stating it needs a new engine, turbo charger etc. It would then need an alignment. I’m freaking out because I don’t have anywhere near that kind of money. Insurance states they don’t cover it because it’s mechanical. What are my options?
