I've created a pretty strict budget for my family, but one category I can not seem to figure out a "hack" for is makeup. I feel like I'm at Ulta or Sephora once every 6 weeks for new foundation / primer / mascara and walk out spending $70 -$100. Why is makeup so expensive? It's one of those things like toilet paper, i'd rather not go "cheap" on. It is my skin after all.
Any hacks for saving on foundation and primer? I specifically like to use Bare Minerals or Pur makeup, but they are so expensive!
