I'm not sure if there's already a program like this, but I thought of starting something call the Dollar Club. If thousands would join, they each would contribute 1 to 2 dollars to a particular person, helping them pay off debt. If each person donated up to 50 dollars per month, many people could be helped out of debt. Certainly there would be a limit of "targeted debt" per month. Just a thought...
